CrossFit isn’t just about strength, gymnastics, stamina, and speed—flexibility is a key ability every athlete needs. Proper stretching not only improves performance but also supports recovery and reduces the risk of injury.
That’s why we’re introducing Recovery Flow, a guided yoga session led by our certified instructor (and good friend!) Fionna. This class is designed to help you release tension, restore mobility, and recharge your body for the next workout.
